I just got the load data done for my new 6x45. It's built on a Model 7 action with a Lilja barrel. I also wanted to use the Varmagedon bullets Nosler was making. Got out today and tested loads up to 24.5gr of H4198 with the flat based bullet and I wasn't disappointed. The group was at 200yds with a 3-9x33 AO scope. These were the first three rounds fired from the rifle with the new bullets. I was originally shooting TAC with 80gr Nosler BT bullets.

I run 70gr Ballistic tips almost exclusively through mine.

These little 6mm rifles are pretty awesome to shoot. I love my 6X47 (6-.222RM) rifle and it shoots pretty similar to yours. I'm in the process of deciding to build another or do the 6X45 or 6-204 Ruger just because the brass for the .222 RM is getting hard to come by.

I pretty much only run 70 grain NBT's as well. They have accounted for a small white tail deer and a couple of pronghorn. Have no problems shooting game out to 300 yards with that combo, especially since it's so accurate.

These 70gr's are moving right at 3200fps.

A lot to like there AB. A greatly under-rated wildcat too.

Sounds about right I'm able to get nearly that from a 20" barrel of my X47. Though I'm about 27 grains of H322 and a small magnum primer.
