Contacted TC a while back asking about how to find a hammer extension for their discontinued Hot Shot youth rifle. Never got a response, but today got a padded envelope from their parent company, S&W. I have no clue what they sent me, but I know it ain't no hammer extension. So, you experts, what exactly am I looking at???

Thanks,

DakotaElkSlayer - do you recall what you ordered? See if you can locate an online instruction booklet for the "Hot Shot youth rifle". Should have a parts list w/ diagram. Does anything match what you received? If YES - problem solved...if NO - you've received someone else's parts order. Maybe they catch this posting as a result. What's to lose? Homesteader

Didn't order anything...just emailed them asking where I can find a hammer extension for a Hot Shot. No parts diagram in owner's manual...just basically says assembled at factory, don't take apart.

Thanks!!! I emailed TC and offered to send them back on my dime. Wrong item, but great customer service just to send them out at no charge.
