I posted on another forum with no luck so I thought I'd try here...

I just picked up a Rem 700 Sendero in .300 RUM and I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what I have. The Blue Book does not list a RUM in the original Senderos and it also states they ebded in 2002. This is an "OX" barrel code putting it in 2003. It is marked "Sendero" on the barrel like the early ones. It has a heavier palm swell HS stock on it like the Police models and the bolt is also matte black with no jeweling unlike the early Senderos. The metal itself looks more matte like the Police models as well. The Sendero stamp on the barrel is throwing me off though. Does anyone know what I've got exactly? Thanks!

The stock looks like it's a police type weapon Remington sells.

You need to shot that gun let us know how it works out.

I hope you didn't pay over $500.00 for that.. I'll give you $600.00 for it.
