anyone ever make one for these rifles?

a retired Marine buddy gave me on, with several barrels for it...
his health is declining and his hunting days are over, so he wanted me to have it..

more sentimental value than anything else...
shoots real well, but factory trigger SUCKS...so does flimsey stock...
but so do Remington 788s.. except they certainly will shoot...

tried to see if Timney makes or made one, but no luck in finding out..

any suggestions would be appreciated...

Thanks in advance.
I'd put a Savage Accu trigger on it. The one with the blade that protrudes. They're excellent
Seafire,
Timney makes one as seen here:

As for the Accutrigger, you cannot retrofit it to the older Savage 110 style actions. I have a Stevens 200 which I use as my around the house gun at the farm. The barrel has stayed warm on groundhogs this spring/summer.

Thanks Devnull!

I either overlooked that one, or it didn't show up on a Google Search either...

was looking thru what was available via Optics Planet.

Have a great day!
I put a Rifle Basix trigger in mine, then bedded it into a Boyds nutmeg laminate prarie hunter stock. Really transforms the rifle. Handles much better and shoots great.
