Yesterday morning, first day of my Roe deer hunt, I popped this one at about 130 yds. He was standing, watching me, angled slightly towards me and jumped as I squeezed the trigger. The bullet hit him a bit farther back and higher than I intended. But it worked out fine. The spinal cord was severed and he dropped immediately. He was an old fellow, with good mass and height. RJ

Trystan, I use RWS factory 140 grain loads in that Swede. The bullet is their "DK Twin-Core, very similar to the Nosler partition. This load shoots 1/2 to 3/4" in my A-Bolt.
