I tried to search for this but wasn't able to find anything concrete. I seem to recall something like 35# for the front screw and 15# for the tiny rear screw, tightening the front screw first and then the rear.

Can anyone confirm?
Wish I had the time to check my Ti. I think it might be the same. Be Well, Rustyzipper.

Are those published Remington specs or numbers someone just came up with?

As far as I can tell Remington doesn't have any published specs for the model seven.
That itty bitty rear screw will break if over torqued. Whoever designed the M7 and spec'd that thin little rear action screw screw should have his butt thrown out of the office so fast his head would still be spinning.
