Anyone loading this bullet for the 7mm Rem Mag? Care to share any recipes and results?? Going to try the Barnes recommended RL-22 data to start off with but looking to see if anyone has any experience otherwise yet. Thanks
Have not loaded it but have used the 175g in my ,300WM and have used a variety of 140g bullets in my 7mm RM including the TTSX. The 175g LRX provided typical Barnes TSX/TTSX accuracy (excellent) with a noticeably flatter trajectory.

Next box of bullets I reload for the 7mm RM will be the 145g Barnes LRX or 155g Federal Terminal Ascent.

I'm currently loading 140gr TTSX with 7828SSC and 140gr AB's with IMR-4831. Picked up a box of the 145gr LRX to try out. Was thinking about trying them with RL-26 or Magpro but cant find any data. Otherwise, I will try RL-22 or IMR-7828SSC.

I recently picked up a box of 145 LRX to try in my 7x57 and might load 5 in my 7mm Weatherby using the same MRP recipe that I use for 150 TTSX. I just ordered a box of 139 gr LRX for the 7x57 but they may be a while getting here. I may start with H4350 and RL16 in the 7x57.
I've loaded the 145 LRX in my 7mm Rem mag for about a year. It's a stainless Win-70 with a BOSS and a VX3i 3.5-10x40 CDS.
The rifle has been a consistent 1/2" (3-shot) shooter with moly coated 150gr Swift Sciroccos and 140gr Barnes TSX.
But have since switched to the 145-LRX and also Moly-coat these first, in a simple Tumbler.
The last group of 5 LRX fired, went into .665 @ 100 My re-load data (from one of the plastic cases) is:
Nosler Brass, Fed 215
fired shoulders set back .002" ... to + .005 on an RCBS case gage
66.0 grs of RL-22
3.380" OAL
3070 FPS (measured on the ranges Lab-Radar, 10 yards from the muzzle)

This is just above the Barnes max level, with RL-22 . . . (the moly helps).
If they let us into the woods this Spring ... I'd like to introduce a NE Oregon Bear to the LRX.

Hope this helps

May not be much help but I’ll relay my experience. I have a lot of the old surplus 4831. I have been shooting 140 nbt with 69 gr., 24” barrel, chronographed @3200 FPS for years. Recently loaded the 145 lrx with 68 gr. Pleased point of impact did not change. I shoot regularly@400yds. 140 nbt load is 12” low@400 and the 145lrx 9”@400 yds with same point of impact at 100 yds. Haven’t had time to chronograph the 145 lrx load but some type of good gremlins must be at work. I won’t believe anything but the facts when I chronograph the 145 load but point of impact can’t be ignored. It was less than moa at 400. My load work is done. I’m sure you will be pleased.
