Just wondering if its a good Fox - Fur friendly cartridge.

It sure should be, I downloaded a .17 Rem to approximately the same velocity ( about 3700 fps) and it worked perfectly...

Ingwe,the .17 WSM velocity with a 20 grain bullet is 3000 fps. The 25 grain bullet is 2600 fps.

It should be very fur friendly on foxes.

right between the hummer at 2550 with 17's, and 3650 in the hornet with 20's

Best round I have found for saving pelts. Very few exits on fox
