1-12 or 1-14.. Mine are all 1-14..

Or even 1-10 for some of the monometals?

I have a different thought on this. For pure accuracy, I would go with a 12 twist, however, for coyote hunting I will got with an 8 twist. Here is why:
Spinning that varmint bullet faster will cause it to open up much faster and it will rarely exit if you use the right bullet. A 14 or 12 twist will most often result in an exit wound. You give up a little accuracy, a little velocity to get much better bullet performance on coyotes.
