I know I've seen quite a few people looking for these on a few different sites

They are factory seconds but the price is fantastic. I think I will get some for practice. Has anyone used the seconds. It says some may have loose tips.
It says some of the tips are loose. But in a few states they have to pull the tips off to be able to hunt with them to be legal and they say they shoot just fine.
I ordered 6 pkg. hope my gun likes them! At 1/3 normal price, worth a risk
I have purchased at least 20 packages of the 350-gr blem bullets in the past 2 years. Some of them indeed have loose tips. My two cousins and my wife both practiced extensively with these bullets and also harvested decent CO bulls in 2020 and 2021. I intentionally removed and reattached the tips (after applying a couple drops of super glue) on those bullets with which we selected to hunt. Wife doubled lunged a 5x5 at 72 yards (complete penetration) and my cousin penetrated the entrance shoulder (unintended) at 40 yards. Good results and you can't beat the price!
Good deal. Thanks for the info. I ordered 4 packs to try.

Brother and I just drew bull tags for Colorado. What powder and amount did you use for elk? Figuring to use Blackhorn and the last 350 bullet (FPB) we killed elk with we used 90-95 gr BH 209
My cousin loaded the 350 gr BOR Locks atop 95-grains of BH209 in 2020.

In 2021, BH209 was scarce so I settled on Pyrodex RS select for my wife's Traditions youth Buckstalker. I had a good supply of that powder and we practiced.... a lot. The rifle is light and she's slightly recoil sensitive so we worked up to an 85-grain load with the 350 grainers. I added a kick-eez pad and the combination worked well.

Congrats on the tags and good luck!
