I am looking for information on the where-a-bouts of Ohio made long rifles by my Great, great grandfather David Leonard. Any help in locating them would be very much appreciated. Here is a website that we put together.davidleonardgunsmith.com. Thanks Ken

I am a personal friend with Kenard and have viewed his "Family Leonard Rifle Collection". I will vouch for him in his tiring yet rewarding hunt for "The Leonard Rifle".

These rifles are truly a hand made work of art, from a truly gifted craftsman. A gun maker for approximately 45 years with several, yet a limited number of rifles produced, with no way of knowing the total production made.

Thank you HS 58 ! I have spent 40 years searching for his rifles. I will continue to search. I know there has to be ONE more out there.

Post this on the muzzleloadingforum dot com. Much larger audience of traditional longrifle folks.

Also Americanlongrifles dot org.
