What Muzzleloader in your opinion handles a No Excuse conical the best other then a White?
I can't say as I don't think I've ever fired a NoExcuses conical (I do have a box, just have never used them), but Knights usually shoot conicals very well, as does the CVA Apex.
My Knight wolverine i bought NIB about a year ago shoots the no excuse .460 gr conicals excellent.i have seen post on another forum i visit, where 2 different members posted 1 1/2 groups @ 100 yds with the same NE bullet shot from there new bighorns.Knights are great conical shooting rifles.

Are you using FFF or Pyrodex ?
I use the .50 caliber 495 grain No Excuses conical bullet in my Knight KRB-7 (Rolling Block) muzzleloader (1/28 twist) with very good results on targets and game so far. I use it with Goex FFG blackpowder.

I found that 90 grains of FFG gives good accuracy and settled on that load for my rifle. 70 grains didn't do so well and wasn't enough to "bump" the bullet up to engage the rifling. 80 grains was "OK", but at 90, things came together. I didn't go any higher, but you could go up to 100 or 110 grains if you enjoy the extra recoil.

The manufacturer says the bullets are good in White, Knight, TC, Remington, Gonic, and many other inline and traditional rifles. He can deliver the .50's in two different diameters. He sends you the bullets with an invoice and you pay him after you get them...it speaks highly of the firearms community that he seldom gets stiffed by a purchaser.
Whats the web sight for these, as i shoot a White! Thanks!

I shoot the 460 gn NE bullets in an old 50 cal. MK-85 Knight and the 535 gn NE bullets in a T/C Hawken hunter in 54 cal, they are my fav bullets in BP rifles, have spoke to the owner a couple times on the possibility of a NE bullet in 58 cal, "not enough requests yet" was the answer i got, maybe someday.

I have shot elk, hogs, and WT deer from most all angles and have yet to catch one of the bullets for examination, they are real penetrators with good expansion characteristics.

75 gr Pyrodex rs is what i am using and no wad/shot card..the NE are a perfect slip fit in the rifle.
First shot with 460 Gr. N.E. using 120 Gr. of triple 7 lifted me off the bench--WOW! I now use 90 Gr. of 2F Goex with GREAT results, 1-2 inches at 100 yds with a Knight Disc Extreme. Have killed many Whitetails ( all pass throughs ) and one 5x5 Elk ( into the chest through the neck facing me, Bullet buried inside never found). The 460 Gr just flat work in the KDEX and in my sons Thompson Renegade Hunter ( 80 Gr. 2F Goex)
Knight KRB shot them extremely well
