I think I recall someone giving out a name of an individual or company that would inlet stocks..

I have a couple I'd like to have cut for Hawkins M5 type of bottom metal. Currently a BDL inlet..

Don't know about who was posted as doing this work previously, but I would probably check locally first to see if i could avoid mailing the stocks. I would also have the bottom metal bedded while I was at it. Bryant Custom, Long Rifles Inc., Weaver Custom Rifles, TM Stockworks, Phoenix Custom Rifles and AxisWorks are names that come to mind that could do the work. Bryant is in Texas, but not sure how close to you...Good luck

Greg Taylor at GT Accuracy makes some slick 3D printed receivers. Depending on what action you're working with, these can open up a lot of possibilities for those with even basic skills.

This is a 3D Panda pattern from Greg that I just used on this project:

Greg also makes 3D prints for 700 M5 bottom metal.

Hope this helps.
