Question for Muledeer - 09/07/19
Goodmorning Mule Deer,
I'm just recently working on a hunting load for my 357 mag 686 Smith and have come across some conflicting information and am hoping you could clear it up for me.
I picked up a box of 158 FP-XTP Bullets to try because on the top of the box it says recommended velocities is 700-1500 fps. However, in the Hornady 9th edition load Manuel it says this bullet is intended for 1150-1800 fps while the Hollow Point version is intended for 700-1400
Do you know if Hornady changed the design of the 158 FP-XTP recently or is it a print error. Thanks for your time
Trystan
