Going through several Bold triggers I have and not able to ID a couple of them. Feel I must have bought them as 98 Mauser compatible but after several years have passed I`m not sure. Only stampings are "03" on one and "714" on the other. They are the Optima model with safety. Anyone have a list of model #`s and what they fit for these triggers? Thanks, Joe
WAG. "03" = 1903 or 03A3 Springfield. Would be interesting to know what happened to Bold, nobody seems to know.
Craigster...Thanks ,that was my first thought on the "03" but can`t for the life of me figure why I would have bought it. Only Springfields I have are an as issued A3 CMP gun from the 50`s and a custom 300win mag I bought from Yar several years ago. Neither candidates for a trigger. Yes, They are pretty closed mouth with cause.Called Boyt to inquire and you`d think that the triggers never existed. Twilight Zone. Perhaps a lawsuit patent infringement or something.
