Interarms Whitworth 24" Bartlien 10 twist barrel. Remington cases, Federal 215 primers and 96 grains of Power Pro Varmint
That is moving out !
Good Lord. I imagine the splash effect at close range m ay be substantial. Wonder how it may inhibit penetration?

The Shock Hammer is a solid copper bullet that blows off the front petals. The shank and petals penetrate together. The petals penetrate nearly as far as the shank.

In my opinion penetration will be more than adequate
That is cookin!
Best hunting bullet ever made. They really do well when pushed as fast as possible. Good job. They penetrate better than partitions even at low weight for caliber. Almost no bloodshot meat and 95% drt. The 5% only take a few steps.
300 grains of 416 caliber @ 3000fps must produce some hefty recoil.

No more than the 350 gr. Speer @2757 FPS or the 350 TTSX @2715 FPS

100 yard group
Wow ! You are in .416 WBY territory there.
Nice work.

Alliant Power Pro VARMINT is a great one: grin

3.275" COL with 500-grain TBSS in a 24" barrel, .458 WinMag:
77.1 grains >>> 2213 fps at no more than 60,000 psi
(published Federal Premium data)

Yes, here is the Federal load data edited to show how to convert the .458 Lott loads into .458 WM+ loads:

Here is Sir Jerry's "Tropical" load for his .458 WM+, throttled back a bit, sub-max load, sub-max COL, sub-max pressure.
He tried a couple grains more powder, no problems, and beat Federal's top load for .458 Lott with TBSS:

😆 🤣, Yes it is a bit lively
The 300 grain Shock Hammer in the 416 Remington at 3001 FPS will leave a mark that Ajax, Mr Clean and Oxyclean combined can't get out
400 yard ALL game load right there JWP.
