RL-15 is probably the most mentioned favorite, although Barnes shows Varget as most accurate powder with this one.

RL-15 through a drop tube, to an above-max of 78.5 grains. DO NOT DO THIS WITH YOUR RIFLE, but I have found it to be on the edge of pressure and a nearly 1/2" group at 100 yards in my M70 Safari Express.

I hit excess pressure and sticky bolt lift at 76 grains of R-15 but used original Xs the TSX & TTSX develop less pressure due to the driving bands.

I also recommend RL15, just not quite that much of it. In my rifle, a wood stocked custom 1952 Model 70 barreled action, with 75 gr of RL15, Fed 215M, Nosler cases, I get just over 2700 fps with average sub-MOA accuracy. I have not killed game with it yet.
