Welcome home.
Lakeside is great. The Tamarack has the best beer and rib's.
A Sharps for a retirement rifle is a great idea!
I will be passing through Big Timber this summer and will likely order a sharps myself. What is the wait time these days?
Congratulations: A nice looking practical rifle. Mine came from C. Sharps second hand for the same reason and is a cannon-not practical.
You will have no buyer's regret on this rifle; but I'm sure you already know that. The difficulty now is the wait. Best wishes upon your retirement.
Very sweet.

39 years with one company is quite rare these days. I've been with the same outfit since '86 and will probably make 37 about the time I hang it up.

Congrats on your retirement. I hope it is all you dreamed.
Congrats on the retirement and gift, I have a new Shiloh on order with Bill Goodman, should have it in my grubby paws in three months.
Excellent!!! Best of luck.. I retired in 1999 at age 51.. Never missed work a bit.. Wish I could have done it right out of high school....
