Went in 2018 with a retired friend who had an antelope hunt on his bucket list, and, after eating his buck, he is itching to shoot another one.

My Grandmother native of Gallop used to make something almost the same minus the beans for her New Mexico style enchiladas she learnt to make back in the 40's. Miss you Nonna.

Also I dont believe hers has tomatoes either.

Yeah man !!

Well, it's cool in the mornings, anyway.

Thinking a mix of deer burger & deer stew meat, probably cut the stew chunks to a smaller size.

Most of the rest, we already have in the pantry & garden.

Costco normally carries the 505 brand Hatch chilies. They are excellent. Used some this morning in omelettes.

Got a couple of the Costco 40oz jars in my pantry right now.
