I start it, my wife salvages it!

This one my wife does exceptionally well. I am in charge of the preparation of the ingredients, and she does the sauce and cooking. She usually includes some frozen peas in the mix. (This is one way of making potatoes where they actually retain heat for more than 15 seconds after reaching the table.)

Richard, some of those dessert items at the top right of your plate look like some of the same ones that I enjoy.

Last week i got some scalloped potatoes at Costco and add ham. I need to find a recipe for scalloped potatoes.
