Nice setup, where did you get that flat griddle? It looks to be well made. I've been on the lookout for something like that. So far all I've found look like they'd warp the first time it got hot.

We bought it at Sportsmans years ago, It's a CampChef and they still offer it. Once you finally get it seasoned, it a great grill. Looking at their website they have gone up in price big time.

I posted the wrong link so I changed it to the one about. At 14 x 16 inches and weighing 18 pounds, it's no wimp.
