I put a pork loin chunk on the Pit Boss. Seasoning was "Sweet Heat" by Pit Boss along with a little kosher salt. Used fruit wood pellets.

The first pic is after I pulled it from the pit.

Then I wrapped it in foil for 5 to 10 minutes.

See how juicy it looks?

Then for the taste test.......OMG, juicy, flavorful, a little smoke! Great while it is warm and will be the best sliced pork sandwiches!

The pellet grill is one of the best purchases I have made!
So, what makes you think I like to eat?

That looks great!
Looks Great
Moist and tender. Looks good!
Looks so good I'm pulling a loin out of the freezer tonight to try that on the pellet grill.

I smoked mine for about 2 hours (around 140-150) then turned it up to 200 to finish. Temp probe was at 150 when I pulled it. Normally I like to pull it at 145 and wrap with foil, but I was a little late.

It amazes me how moist it is and I won't cook another loin any other way now.

The thick cut pork chops are amazing cooked about the same way (just quicker).

Good Luck!

Maybe he included pictures on your behalf because he figured you read as well as you spell.

My ease of reading is my spelling trouble.
