Olive Garden does it well, ever make it at home?

I love Olive Gardens chicken scampi. I normally gorge myself on the salad and take the meal home.

I went to Olive Garden once. I enjoyed the food, but was put off by the blatant and incessant pushing of the wine.

I love shrimp scampi, but never had chicken scampi.
