Tim had some left over thin stock S35VN steel . I talked him into making these two Japanese style paring knives. I designed them, and Tim executed the design to perfection. The handles are black Micarta, and oval in shape. They cut like razor blades.

cool
Somehow my Chicago Cutlery wedding gift of 34 years ago still makes fine meals.
I am sure it does, but these would help make better meals. lol
Nice!
Are they hollow ground? I like the long cutting edge and thin tip. They look great to do fine work on small veg, peeling, and even boning.
Cool !

They are full flat grind, and yes, the shape actually was derived from a Japanese boning knife design
Beautiful! And I'm sure they're bulletproof, since Tim crafted them.
Interesting shape. Would have to try one when boning a deer before offering up an opinion. I have never used a knife like this before.
I could use the fugk out of those.

Very cool.
Nice design
