Actually Claussens sells pickled cukes, and green tomatoes here. I always make them with both, and usually cauliflower too. I had too many green roma tomatoes, so no cauliflower this batch. Easy to make, because I just heat the liquid a bit in the morning, and let it cool. So really no big time heat. Only issue you have to wait 10 days to start eating them.
