One of my favorite diners is Mule Deer Hot Italian Sausage Pizza. I take the sausage out of the casing and drop pieces of it throughout the pizza top, with green peppers, onions and black olives.

Grilled, split and fried, oven, also good in red beans n rice.

60/40 deer pork garlic sausage.
I could grill them, I could cut them up for sausage and peppers, I could do lots of things like I would with regular sausage. Looking for something different.
