OP should've just called it "My Beer Batter".

All this gluten allergy BS has been brought on by lifelong vaccinations for this, that, and the other. These people's immune system can no longer differentiate between the proteins in some foods, the pollen proteins that are everywhere, vs the proteins in the antigens that vaccines were intended for.

Never seen so many allergies these days.
