For interest, what did you heat the pizza oven to?

I’ve got a pizza oven accessory for my Kamado and I’m thinking of trying it out.

@ 850*F, pizzas are cooked in under 2 minutes !

Rotate every 15-20 seconds !

Its a miracle your whole crowd ain't big as barns!

30 minute heat up on low, then build to cooking temp, took 15 minutes.

Did it per the manual, as this was its debut !
