WOW, they look amazing and I am originally from Montreal, where they are famous for their Bagels.
Are you going to do them up with Cold Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese, those are beauties and deserve the perfect topping!
I chew them up in 2 days. I love me some bagels! We've been too busy for baking anything for a week or 2 now, but this week we're going to double up on the recipe and freeze some before I chew them up.

Second batch, ran out of everything topping, so we made plain. Pretty darn good.
Thanks. It took years for us to try and make bagels, it always looked like a lot of work. It's not that hard and not really all that much work.
