Thanks for looking!
What sets a Wisconsin brat apart from the rest? Is it more than just the spices?

Lived in Wi my entire life( 72 yrs). Most Wi. brats have a taste all their own. I don't know the secret ( I have made many my self ) but the seasoning mixes U can buy just aren't the same. Many of the local recipes are secrets. The big commercial sellers are Klements and Johnsonville. Both are good. Mossy. U did a great job !

I'm not a brat fan but if they are made like that, hell YA, I'm in!

It is a Sheboygan Style Bratwurst, we named it “Wisconsin” to stand out from other mixes out there.
Salt, pepper, onion, and a little sugar to balance everything.

Looks killer. Love a good brat.

Made up some quick pickled Banh mi style veg. Goes great on top of a brat.
