Had a friend bring me a Prune Gandma's Kuchen from Pollock, SD. It is a custard type pie. Oh buddy was it good!

Doesn't look like it. Pazcki are big hunks of doughnut doe, fried in lard, then filled with different flavors of filling. Nuthin dainty about 'em...

Forgot to add, then they are glazed, although I prefer the non-glazed when I can find 'em.

Yeah, I think a bill has been introduced in Congress to ban the use of lard, or at least a prohibitive tax on it...LOL
