Well the local pub owner contacted me through a another build a few years ago wanted me to build a reverse flow smoker for him. So I got to it main cooking chamber is a old oil tank, fire box is a 55 gal drum mounted on a trailer to tow around. Hes been using it for a few weeks and I've made tweaks to and today is the grand re opening of his smoked menu for the pub, enjoy the pics if they need to be smaller please let me know.

It will never fly. Bring it to our house for a QC test. laugh

I see that you didn't go with a BGE. The upside of this is that the new owner has money left over for the college fund. grin

Thanks, I'm mainly looking forward to the smoked brisket, also the. Smoked wings and dollar drafts should be fun. I'm planing on making a small home version of this since I want be cooking 400 pounds of meat in one shot.
