I'm looking at a Cabelas commercial grade 15" sealer. Most of my applications will be birds and venison. Thoughts would be appreciated.

I just bought a FoodSaver, model G300 Bronze. This is the ONLY model they make with a lifetime warranty. I still have my 12 year old Professional Foodsaver, but it is getting tired, so it will be back up.
