Of all the good eats here, I got nothing like that locally!

Some butter and garlic and the other ribeye from last night sounds like lunch to me.

What kind of mushrooms are those. We don't have stuff like that around here. You pick things that look like that around here and you might wind up dead.

How do you cook them?

Morels

Numerous ways to prepare them but as noted above..sauteed in butter n garlic and accompanying a steak is the bomb!

The custom here is to soak them in saltwater overnight to cause any resident bugs to vacate the fruit before cooking.

We roll them in seasoned flour and then fry in butter until browned. As said earlier, few things are a better side dish with steak!
