Every year I make a Carrot Cake for my neighbor. I was late this year, do to all the medical stuff going on. Made it yesterday though, and took it over. She seemed to like it.

I'll admit to texting her the next day, and begging for a piece. It was a remarkable cake. Moist, flavorful, and stuffed with unneeded calories. The Creme Cheese icing, made with that French Butter and Philadelphia brand cheese, was laced with Bourbon.

I think I just felt a twitch in ma pants !
