I think fruitcake will be one traditional baked item this Christmas, but I'm wondering who makes a plumb or figgy pudding and what your favorite recipe is. Some say they should be prepared months or even a year in advance.
I remember my Mom used to make what we called Warthord pudding that had dates in it. She only made it for Christmas and was served with fresh whipped cream on top. Delicious!
