Anyone in the Midwest ever have UDF corn muffins? Used to get them years ago with a coffee when I lived in OH. No info or mention of them anywhere on the Google machine. If anyone out there has a recipe close to if not better for superb corn muffins please share. Thanks a million

Damn good. Found a recipe a while back but ended up just like sweet cornbread.these are moist and sweet like a cake. Might just have to stick to my annual Father's day camp breakfast. My wife always makes me corn cakes with syrup, ham, bacon, homemade sausage and eggs. Guud
