Saw Jud's antelope/pork Traeger results, anyone have a favorite, or go to recipe without the Traeger? Skillet, crock pot, oven, whatever?

If you haven’t already, check out Hank Shaw’s Buck, Buck, Moose cookbook. It has meatball recipes and a bunch of other delicious recipes. Some are intensive, but the ones I’ve tried out have been spot on! Venison bulgogi and the barbacoa are my favorites so far!
