Anyone know how to get more food than fingers using a grater? I just watched a YouTube where the woman used three sewing thimbles.

Grate using fingers until the first sign of red then switch to a larger chunk. Use leftover pieces for fondue. laugh

Grating onions makes me sad.

It's also the most dangerous thing to grate because your vision is usually blurred about half way through.

We just use the grater blade on our Cuisinart. No tears and no Band Aids needed. wink

I have a 14 cup unit. Nice machine butt then I also have an el cheapo 1 cupper. Great for the little jobs.
