Well folks, we served the German dish tonight to a German woman. I have lost the "knack" to post from Imgur, but it was passable.

I love hocks.

I love German food and beer....and certain German women.

Gotta drive at least 60 miles to get decent German food and draft beer.

There are two near us here. One about 30 minutes the other about 10.

The 30 minute drive is better but the close one works in a pinch.

When I was a kid I ate at the Edelweiss in Colorado Springs.

It may have well been Martian food.
