I'm not sure the prices, but I have seen stacks of pork bellies at the local markets lately. Guess I need to pick up a few.
The case of bellies I bought were 3.75 a pound I think.
Anyway......there is some real BULLSHIT going on in the markets right now.
Independent pork producers are about a thing of the past. Those fuggers are getting skinned.
