In 2-3 months hopefully the best vanilla extract we ever used.

Wife does that every year, turns out great!! Also used vodka

The Crown Royal brand bottles stuff similar to that and puts it in little velvet bags.

I have started in heavy making bitters over the last couple years and that is the first step with a bunch of different ingredients, including vanilla.
