Yeah, that enamel Lodge is a favorite pan.

Also loving my Lodge enamel cast iron dutch ovens!

GREATEST thing I've ever used for stews, etc.

We're making some right now: small balls of hamburger, beef broth, water, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, potato, cabbage - will throw in some left-over macaroni when it nears doneness. Also have some Rhodes rolls baked.
