Go to has always been cinnamon Life but wife bought a box of Raisin bran Crunch yesterday and I've already had 3 bowls. Like regular Raisin bran but better because this has big chunks of granola.
If I'm being honest, Froot Loops, then Frosted Flakes.

Yeah buddy sounds like you got a sweet tooth. Love frosted flakes but had to stop a few years ago. It's like candy.
Count chocula for me only once a year though cause they only sell it around Halloween!
GOAT
Shredded Wheats (big ones), Raisin Bran, Cornflakes and Cheerios.

Most anything that’s not so sweet. Grains,grape nuts
I can't remember the last time I had such. I am 58...
Grape nuts in another box is kitty litter.
I always mix cereals now; one type in a bowl is way too monotonous. Current configuration is granola, Post Pecan Crunch (?) and Quaker Oatmeal Squares (on sale for $2.50/box plus I like them).
Quaker granola, Grape Nuts, Frosted Mini Wheats.
Not Mixed.
I like 'em mixed, too. My staples are Cheerios and Chex (Corn, Wheat, or Rice kinds) with the occasional box of Honey Bunches. And I always add a scoop of GrapeNuts on top. I do not eat any sugar bomb kinds, and don't add sugar to the bowl. Just mixed cereals and milk.
Store brand bran flakes, skim milk.
Its obvious who the party people are (aren't) in this thread.
I don't eat it much anymore since I've gotten older and become lactose intolerant, almond milk is too expensive. When I was in my late teens and early 20's I could damn near eat a whole box of Frosted Flakes or Count Chocula.

"Hi I'm Euell Gibbons, have you ever eaten a pine cone? Grape Nut has the nutty flavor of wild hickory nuts".
You couldn't put enough sugar on that road gravel to get me to eat it!

I actually kinda like Grape Nuts.
The trick was to get your milk to cereal ratio exactly correct.
The milk would all absorb into the granules, making sort of a wet cement texture.
At that point you added a pound and a half of sugar.

For me it’s all about the milk, the higher the milk fat the better the cereal. Non fat makes whatever cereal is in the bowl almost unbearable.
Not very often, but when I do, it's Captain Crunch.

Wife chides me when i use half n half in my cold cereal.

I would really gross her out. I've been known to add whipped cream to mine.

I often use half n half, half and half with whole milk.
Best cereal is bran flakes with blubberies and wheat germ!
Cold = Shredded Wheat Minis
Hot = Cream of Wheat/MaltOMeal
Cheerios and Rice Krispies.
If not Cocoa Krispies........my all time favorite is Total.
A couple spoons of sugar and you are good to go .
Rice Krispies - milk in one side of the bowl and cereal out the other.
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest (mini shredded wheat).
