Thanks Jim, we will likely use a cheaper cut of beef. That is tempting.

I have done it a couple times.


Was a nice success in my BBQ education.


Most are failures! I have yet to make a good rack of ribs.

Arby's has a real decent French Dip complete with the dipping sauce. Try that and you may get a good idea how you wish to proceed to make your own.-Mike

Big James, we have a hand crank slicer gadget that works fairly well, a few longs get in the mix. It was good.
