I have this thawed out. I sliced some as thin as I could for rouladen
I would like to hear your rouladen recipe. I made a grilled version with venison tenderloin, pickles, mustard, onions, and bacon and it was pretty good. Next I want to do the more traditional slow braised version. Thinking about a sauerkraut and mushroom filling.
Flank steak is great for Fajitas. If it looks like it will be tough I cook it inside of agave leaves split open for awhile before grilling it.
