Beautiful and thanks for sharing. The blue Ridge is a special place.
My back yard pretty much. Great pictures
Great photos. The leaves have been really pretty this year
That low orange sun just set everything on fire. A few more...

Enticing. Makes one want to make a fall trip out east.
Great pictures, you were about 12-15 miles from me.
Awesome photos
1st picture , old rag mountain ?
Kenneth
No. I was pretty far south of Old Rag. That mountain is known as Humpback Rocks.
Ok , old rag looks a little like that from the right angle
Don’t know if you’ve been there , but white oak canyon is beautiful in late winter
Especially when it’s frozen
Water coming out of canyon walls has the colors of the minerals showing real nice in a morning sun
Just be cautious with footing
Great hike from bottom up in summer too , great scenery with ferns and falls
Good swimming holes
Kenneth
Nice pictures
And they say Vermont is the place to go for fall colors. I think Virginia rivals them
Some beautiful landscapes in this thread!
West Augusta, VA., and Stanley,ID are the 2 most beautiful places I've ever seen.

I hunt around West Augusta some.
Gorgeous looking land.
Those mountains make me wish I was 20 years younger.
