Found this going through this falls raptor files...

Look like an immature bird. We get good wintering numbers, but they clear out of here shortly. They're great sit and wait hunters.

This was one of those days I wish I had soft morning sun at my back... LR5 was sweating trying to save this one.

These are all but gone now.. the red tails have showed up.
