Camera Land's Blizzard Sale

OK, So here's the deal. Joel and I were the only ones that were able to get in today due to the snow storm hitting the NorthEast. He lives 2 miles away and I stayed at my brother-in-laws last night, as he lives 5 blocks from the store. Nobodies going to come in the front door today as nobodies outside, lol and after being brothers for over 50 years and working together for over 30 we don't have a full days worth of conversation left to amuse each other so please call in and we will hook you up on whatever it is that you're looking for, 516-217-1000. Cameras, Tripods, Camera Bags, Binoculars, Spotting Scopes, Riflescopes, Rangefinders. If we have it you'll be happy you called.

If there is anything you're looking for please give us a call at 516-217-1000. It is always our pleasure to speak with you.

Stay warm and safe.

Have a great day.
Thank you for your continued support.
If there is anything else that I can assist you with please let me know.
Doug

That's a good angle, and best of luck. Cookie is well stocked at the moment, so we're of no help. Still doing beach weather here in the PNW.

One question though: We have a bear of time getting good focus in snowy conditions. That seems to be a great capture on the plow. Any secrets?

Yes, take the camera off of autofocus and focus manually. The autofocus will always get screwy with snow falling so go manual and get the intended point of focus no issue
Thanks. Had not thought of that.

My pleasure. That's what we are here for. Always feel free to give us a call for photo tips
Good morning everyone,
Thanks for all the support yesterday while it was just me and Joel here during the storm. Woke up this morning to 10*, sunshine and roads being plowed.
Hoping all the guys can make it in today, of course Joel and I were each here by 8 smile
We got to speak with guys from all over the country that are experiencing cold temperatures like never before. It's crazy. Here in the North East we expect cold in the Winter but not sub 20* for weeks at a time. They say tomorrow will be -3* up to about 7* and very windy.

We will keep this sale going today and tomorrow, so if you're looking for anything we carry please give us a call, 516-217-1000

Stay warm, and again, thanks for all the support.

Glad things are better for you!
Spent a little under 2 hours yesterday shoveling the driveway. My lower back is very angry with me this morning, lol
Looks nasty!
Just got a 7d markii and was wanting to get a screen protecter-what do you recommend and and how much?
Thanks
The best bet would be the Promaster Crystal Touch screen. Normally it's 24.99. Member of this forum only pay $14.99
Give us a call Tuesday as I am gone already and we can help you out. This has a lifetime warranty for forum members so if it ever breaks we will replace it.
Look forward to hearing from you. We have these for most cameras

Will try too call tomorrow-time change always gets me.
Thank you

Here is the description of this screen shield from the manufacturers site:

Crystal Touch Screen

Protects your camera’s LCD while preserving touch screen functions. It is easily applied through static adhesion – no messy adhesives! Special multi-coatings make this shield highly resistant to water, oil, fingerprints, and nose prints. It is constructed of hardened optical shatter-proof glass for maximum damage protection.

We have these for almost every LCD screen on the market. Mention 24 hourcampfire and save $10, only $14.99 instead of $24.99

As always thanks for the great support
Camera land was top notch too deal with!
WOW I am not deserving of a blizzard sale. Too much I can’t even look.
And it was 42 below zero this morning at my house.
