I'm about to try some 200 grain eld x in my 300 win mag. 26 inch pacnor 10 twist. What powders will get me in the 2900-3000 range.

I shoot 80 grs Retumbo under 208 gr A-Max's for 3000 fps in my 300 Win, COAL is 3.600"

I'm running them with 7828 for 2850fps deadly accurate!!

The usual slower burning culprits should get you what you desire. H1000 would be my first attempts followed by R25 and Retumbo. My old 300 WM would get 3000+ with the 212 ELD and all of those powders but H1000 edged the other 2 in accuracy.

H1000. I get 2950 with a max charge and is more accurate in my 700 than RL 22 or 25.

Not a 200 but worked up this load Sunday in a 300 WM, Pacnor 1~10 26" with a 178 ELD-X with 72.5 gr. H4831SC. I couldn't find my Chronograph but my dope chart was on out to 700 with velocity at 3195fps

Top group, bottom two were RL-22

FWIW, in my old .300 with 78 grains of H1000, shooting 190SMK's I was at 2950 with a 28" barrel.
